Wednesday 2nd November was stress awareness day.
We can take charge of our lives and generate positive feelings by remembering the Serenity Prayer:
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference.
People often get worked up about things that they cannot change. This is effectively like crying over spilt milk; not a useful activity.
